As a practice, we take an innovative approach to pet care — combining the best of Eastern and Western healing — and we have an open mind and listening ears. We listen to your needs and wishes, and we always have options. Make yourself at home in our intimate office as we focus on one patient at a time. Our patients are the fur children, the heart dogs, and the soul cats. They are the most special beings and everything to their people. We are obsessed with hearing their stories, participating in their journeys, and helping in any way we can so they can live the best lives possible.
Details are important to us, so we start our journey together with a detailed new patient form, a review of prior medical records, and a telehealth video chat with Dr. Lily to discuss your pet’s care first. This is one of the most important steps to make sure we have all the relevant information, answer your questions, discuss concerns, and make a tentative plan. That way, by the time you come into the office with your pet, we can dive right into focusing our attention on them and not spend most of the time talking about the history and issues. This helps minimize your pet’s anxiety while they wait and allows you to know what to expect from your first in-person consultation.

The new patient fee is $495 for all adult pets, which includes:
- Review of the new patient application
- 30-minute telehealth appointment with our veterinarian
- One-hour new patient in-person exam, consultation, and treatments (the first acupuncture, laser treatment, and thermal imaging are included if appropriate for your pet)
The new patient fee for wellness puppies and kittens under one year of age is $275, which includes:
- Review of the new patient application and any associated record
- One-hour new patient in-person exam
For In-Person Consultation with Dr. Trina Hazzah, the new patient fee is $495 for all pets, which includes:
- One-hour new patient in-person CBD consultation
- *No telehealth appointment is required with Dr. Hazzah before the in-person appointment.
- A 30-minute telehealth appointment with Dr. Chen one week after the initial consultation.
