Dear Friends,
It doesnβt feel that long ago when I opened the door for the first time to my new practice (about 10 months, to be exact). I could never have imagined what this practice has brought me since then. I teamed up with a wonderful group of unicorns – Ashley, Gabriela, and Maria. (You can read about our unicorn spirit here π¦). And we welcomed many pets into our intimate and personal space – from puppies and kittens to senior pets. We talked anything from nutrition and diet to physical health conditions to emotional balance and energetic healing. We are doing exams, testing, vaccinations, medications, and procedures, and we are also doing acupuncture, herbal therapy, laser, massage, reiki, rehabilitation, and many other western and holistic treatments.
Options.
Thatβs what comes to mind when I am sitting down and thinking back on this journey right now. Many of our patients come to us because they are looking for other options. Our treatment modalities are customized to each individual pet with their unique needs. And there are always options.
My heart is full of gratitude for every family who came into our space and shared their stories with us, and trusted their beloved family member to our care. I am thinking of all the different options we have been able to explore and all the pets who have thrived with the integrative approach outside of conventional modalities. I started this practice with a passion for creating more time and space for more personalized care, and every day I am grateful to be able to show up and do what I love most. And I am humbled and grateful for each and every one of you.
Last month, we expanded into the space next door. It is an airy and bright room open and ready to receive new possibilities. We have already begun to see patients there – often working with acupuncture, massages, and physical therapy. In the coming months, we will slowly begin to add pieces to our new space. Very much as the first room came to be, each piece may come as it is ready, changing, and evolving organically. I can hardly wait to see what it will become!
