Hello Friends,

Are you taking care of yourself?

When we are here taking care of your pets, we are also checking in with you.

You are intimately connected and bonded with your pets – and your own wellbeing is a part of the holistic wellness for your pets.

When I was at a busy, conventional practice, sometimes caring for 6 patients within an hour time, I was physically and emotionally drained. It was difficult to focus beyond just what the patients came in for and as a result, I was treating more symptomatically and reactively. My own mental wellbeing was also suffering, constantly feeling that I could do better and drowning in endless cycle of trying to keep up. In this capacity, it was hard to show up as a healer.

The decision to slow down was the best one I made for myself and for my patients. Here at Integrative Pet, we are given the time and space to slow down, focus on one pet at a time, and think beyond what’s on the surface. We get deeper, we get to the roots, and we heal from within.

I also started this practice with myself. When I feel tired, stressed, or anxious, I get deeper, I slow down. Sometimes a few deep breaths at the moment to clear my head.

We can’t pour from an empty cup.

Take care of yourself ❀️

With the focus on wellness, we are bringing you our first-ever sound bath for you and your pet.

A sound bath is a relaxing and meditative experience that uses sound waves to promote healing and well-being in both humans and pets. The vibrations from the sounds can help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain, as well as promote a sense of relaxation and calmness. The soothing sounds can also improve sleep quality and boost the immune system, promoting better overall health. Pets can benefit from the healing effects of a sound bath just like humans, as the vibrations can help reduce anxiety and nervousness, alleviate joint pain and inflammation, and improve overall physical and emotional health. Consider treating yourself and your furry companion to a sound bath to enhance your wellness routine and promote a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
